Colin Rose BSc
Colin Rose is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine.
He has been researching and writing on health and longevity for over 30 years. His books have been translated into over 10 languages. The latest being
Delay Ageing:Healthy to 100 and The Power of Plant Colours to Slow Ageing.
His international work has included collaborating with the Polish Academy of Sciences on an E.U funded project called Eduscience, to improve the teaching of science in schools
He says: “ There is so much valuable information in the scientific journals I read that the average person does not have time to read. My aim is to distil that into understandable and actionable advice.”
